Developed an application for a Fortune 100 company to take PAC (Political
Action Committee) contribution data, reformat the data, and
then use existing FEC tools and protocols to file reports electronically for
posting on the FEC website.
Power Plant Emissions Monitoring
System monitored power plant emissions through instrumentation tied into a
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to meet EPA requirements. Real time
system was prototyped in Visual C++ and MFC and then moved to CA-Visual
Objects. Used Rockwell Software's Linx C SDK to interface with the PLC.
Health Facility Management System
Automated master planning system for health facilities using an object
data base system to organize and retrieve information including photos and CAD
drawings.
Lease Management System
Moved an existing Clipper
application into Windows for a Fortune 100 client. Application handled
management and invoicing for complex financial leases. Included ensuring
compliance for Year 2000.
Jasmine Training
Conducted training sessions nationwide on the Jasmine™ (Computer
Associates product) object data base management system. Included system
design, modeling with UML, querying the database and user interface design.
Electronic Warfare System
Worked with real time pulse-processing software to provide management of
jamming of enemy radars. Involved simulation design and validation.
Life Cycle Planning and Budgeting Model
Automated program for examining space costs for office buildings based on life
cycle cost comparisons.
